Lage perfekt, alles ok, auch bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen (Kaffeemaschine defekt) wurde umgehend ersetzt!!

The property was well located in between 2 underground metro lines. It’s clean and beds are comfortable. Owner was kind to let us check out late since our flight was only at night.

The interior design of the place was lovely. It was clean and comfortable to stay in. It was nice and spacious. Even the bathrooms were spacious and nicely designed. The location was amazing and close to the hyde park and other things. The staff was nice and helpful, they gave us a late checkout.

− On the listing, it included AC, however upon arrival we saw that it was a portable AC in the bedrooms, and no AC in the living room. These ACs were noisy and not true to what was listed. In the living room they only had a fan, which is not enough for the whole living room, and was also quite noisy. Additionally, I felt like they should've provided more cleaning equipment and products, considering there is no housekeeping. Things for the bathroom, kitchen etc. There was a vacuum and mop but that was it. Another thing was that the bathrooms don't have a drain which made it difficult to clean. Also the apartment did have bidets which was great for us, however upon arrival they were not working. Thankfully the staff came to fix this issue quickly. Other than that we had a great stay.

Posizione eccellente. Non mi aspettavo, tuttavia, di essere sistemata nel seminterrato. Tenuto conto che ho prenotato facendo un regalo all'amica che era con me, non ho fatto proprio una bella figura. Avrei preferito che mi fosse comunicato, forse avrei potuto chiedere una sistemazione in un piano migliore.
