Great staff but hidden costs need to be explained in detail before it is charged.

− Couldn’t work out why they charged me AUD $169.36 when I left. Would like to know why. Think it’s taxes and services charges but want to know what it was for.

A very pleasant stay!
8.0Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Love it that the toilet is separated from the bathroom, I could brush my teeth and take my bath while my hubby uses the toilet. Love the location. The BTS is just right in front of the hotel. So convenient. Even the Central Embassy shopping centre is just a walking distance away. Will consider staying here again for my next visit.
