9.0Bellissima struttura: ricca colazione a buffet in un piacevolissimo spazio che affaccia sulla doppia piscina (normale e jacuzzi) e palestra. Camera con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani e ripristino dei set di cortesia. Buona posizione per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni comodamente con metro ma anche a piedi!

− Check in was inefficient and laborious The lady on reception at 5.30pm at check in was not helpful and somewhat rude. She would only give me one key even though there was someone staying with me. Cleaning services came prior to 9am 2 mornings in a row which woke us up Reception were overwhelmed at times and needed more than one person. Waiting times were long
