10.0The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us book visits and excursions, make restaurant reservations, and arrange transport to the airport. Everyone was always in such a good mood, and the welcome we received at breakfast every morning was just amazing. It was impossible not to start the day in a good mood! 😊 Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely come back! ❤️
Espetacular
10.0Gostei muito do atendimento! Desde o vinho da Madeira como brinde de boas vindas, como frutas servidas no quarto no segundo dia, fomos muito bem acolhidos.
Great hotel
10.0I felt the hotel lived up to its photos. Clean and friendly and the pool area and gardens are beautifully kept. Relaxed atmosphere and no panic for getting a sunbed by the pool. Breakfast has a great selection too. Only very minor thing was the two lifts weren’t enough for the size of the hotel but no big deal. I would highly recommend this hotel.
