The only thing I like was the location

− More honest and accountable management, better customer service, and staff consistently available at reception. At checkout, I reported that our room still had no electricity, despite a staff member coming to our door during the night saying they were working on it, yet the hotel later claimed they knew nothing about the outage.

The bed was warming in a freezing room. I stayed covered up until the afternoon sun warmed it enough for a shower

− The woman w ho checked me in was like a movie version of a prison matron. She threatened me with fines if there was damage to the room and made me sign something giving permission to use my credit card for damages. I am 75 years old traveling alone. It is unlikely that I was going to have a wild party. The wifi was very bad. The shower tiles were corroded The window was above the bed and the curtains fell into the bed. The bathroom door required gymnastics to enter and use the toilet. I had stayed there before and it was decent.

Localização perfeita! Ao lado de uma das principais linhas de metro, a poucos metros da Praça da Catalunha. Região maravilhosa para o turismo e de fácil deslocamento. Café da manhã muito bom.

− Ficamos no primeiro andar e toda vez que o metro passava no subterrâneo era possível sentir a trepidação. Então, descanso mesmo, para quem tem sono leve, somente de meia noite até 5h da manhã. A cama era barulhenta, ao me virar estalava bem alto. Embora tenha janela, não pode abrir.
