− On attend bien des gens qui parlent dehors en sous de notre fenêtre à minuit ! On aimerait bien dormir après notre promenade la journée de notre visite !

2.0Die Lage, Personal, Die Stadt
− Für uns war es ein Reinfall, für über 300 Euro pro Nacht, bekamen wir ein Jugendherberge!!! · Die Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühsctück war ausreichend · 3 -te Stock ohne Aufzug (Aufzug nur für Personal!!), Waschbeckenabfluss verstopft, Duschkopf Halterung war defekt, keine Instandhaltung, bestellt wurde 2 einzelbett und wurde 2x80cm breite einzelbett zusammen gerückt, Distanz zum Wand zu beide Seite ca. 38 cm zu einsteigen!!, die Hoteladresse ist falsch gewesen, nach 2,5 Stunden suchen hat man endlich das Hotel gefunden, nach Ankuft haben wir sofort reklamiert, Lösung wurde versprochen, aber hat garnicht geschehen

Great little hotel.
7.0This property was in a perfect location. Straight out into the bustling streets of Venice’s San Polo. The room was comfortable and daily house keeping. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast there, but there are literally hundreds of places on your doorstep to choose from. Easy to get to from Tronchetto car park on the regular boat service to S Toma on line 2. I would definitely use this hotel again.
− The interior definitely has seen better days. The entrance stairs had a bit of a smell and everything was very dated. If you have mobility issues, this isn’t the place to stay as the stairs are narrow. That said, it was good value for money and a great location, so it’s a trade off and would happily use again.
