10.0Las instituciones del hotel son bella y todo muy cómodo. El personal en general maravilloso, aunque siempre hay alguien que se destaca más y en nuestro caso fue Camilo, siempre con una sonrisa y disposición para hacerte sentir en casa y especial.

− payed for balcony and got one but wasn’t the facility to sit on it so seemed like a waste of money, staff never available at bar. this is the 2nd I’ve stayed and was really disappointed the 2nd time round.
