Beautifully renovated hotel. Very clean. Excellent amenities like a gym and pool. Great breakfast. Good location if needing to walk to places. Overall i would rate this as an excellent hotel.

− Staff wasn't that friendly upon check in. Beds are NOT comfortable though we did see a large delivery of new mattresses so assuming they are changing them which will make this place excellent.

Ne peut pas vraiment être mieux. Très agréable et hospitalier.

− Les oreillers, mais c’est personnel, ce n’est pas mon style d’oreillers. Alors je n’ai pas baissé la note du confort car c’est une question de préférence, d’autres vont probablement adorer.

Great pool

The hotel was beautiful, the pool was excellent. The kids played for hours. Breakfast had a great selection. We arrived a little early and the staff was great. We where not able to check in early but the staff kept us updated.

− The power went out and when I asked the front desk what happened, the desk attendant was very rude in their reply saying they did not know. They spent the morning playing on their phone. They seemed frustrated when I asked for a recipe.

− Aucune eau chaude pour prendre une douche, ce qui est vraiment désagréable. En plus, la pression de l’eau est presque inexistante, rendant même le lavage des cheveux très difficile. Pour le prix payé, l’expérience ne vaut vraiment pas le coût. Compte tenu de ces inconvénients, un remboursement de 25 % serait grandement apprécié en guise de geste commercial.
