+ Excellent location (close to attractions and transit)+ Clean rooms and comfortable beds in many stays+ Helpful/friendly staff reported in several reviews− Front desk credit-card/billing issues and unhelpful handling of problems− Double booking/charged without stay and refund difficulties− Very small/tight rooms and bathrooms; pillows often too hard or wrong size

Helt ok
6.0Nära till allt
− Lite ostädat, nybäddat absolut men hår mellan madrasserna osv
Would stay here again
8.0Loved the location
− Small room, low water pressure
3.0They should offer the breakfast for free for how much a person pays for the room. They offer it at every other location I have been to and I paid half the price for the room. Also you need fridges and microwaves in the room. A person pays a lot for meals in New York and I couldn't even bring my leftovers back to the hotel.
8.0The location is very good for most of the sightseeing.
