9.0We have stayed 9 nights in this hotel, very cozy and comfortable, especially we liked the location a lot.

8.0Location was great.Staff at front desk were very efficient and extremely helpful.
The staff was very accommodating. In fact we had a giggle with one of the staff in the elevator!
10.0We were only blocks away from MSG which was our destination for the weekend. Our room was perfect with two beds for the three of us. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there are many bagel shops the kids wanted to try.
− There was nothing about the stay we did not like. Although fresh towels would have been nice. At least fresh wash clothes on the second day.
