1.0− Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay. The hotel was in a very poor and run-down condition. The photos on the Booking.com listing were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The overall experience was very disappointing and far below my expectations. I have photos that clearly show the actual condition of the hotel and I can provide them if needed. Based on this, I believe the accommodation was misrepresented, and I would like to request a partial refund as compensation.
