10.0The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the hospitality is truly outstanding. As this is a family-run hotel, you can really feel the personal touch and the great attention they pay to every detail. The location is also excellent, especially if you are planning to visit Florence, making the hotel both comfortable and very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.
