The staff is amazing. I cannot compliment them enough . Every day every one of them did everything possible to make sure my stay was perfect. Joanne in particular deserves recognition. I am a senior solo traveler but I felt very protected and cared for. I felt almost like a family member.

− The location is perfect for going everywhere in Venice. The air conditioning was strong and really helped with the heat. The breakfast was also very good and started my day off great.

We arrived bedraggled and exhausted, dragging luggage and 6 children through the twists and turns of Venice at 11 at night. Upon our arrival, Marco, the incredible man working the night desk, took it upon himself to find a restaurant to feed our children despite our protests that we could throw them some protein bars and wait until morning. He wouldn’t hear of it. He literally ran through the streets, then came back and collected us and escorted us to a restaurant that kept the kitchen open late just for us. The food was PHENOMENAL. If I could give Marco 20 stars I would.

Location was perfect, we took a water taxi from the airport straight to the hotel Jetty. Breakfast was on until 10am every morning which was handy after a late night. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when asking for recommendations for restaurants away from the usual tourist spots.

− The shower over the bath is fine if you’re very small not so for a tall person
