8.0The shop was very good. They were very, very accommodating to all of our requirements and made sure that we had a great pleasant stay
− A small thing, but a four-star hotel should update all the toiletries automatically. I was required to call the hotel staff although they provided immediately, but I feel that the hotel should automatically update on the toiletries, for example to express shaving, foam, razor, etc automatically. Another thing is that they only gave two water bottles per day or 23 and although once again they did provide extra water bottles on requirement. I believe that the minimum 4 to 5 water bottles should be placed for a two-person room so that we can make tea inside the room and stuff like that

10.0La habitación excelente y muy amplio es espacio, una de las terrazas te permitía ver la ciudad. El desayuno muy completo con diferentes opciones. La ubicación también es muy cómoda y te permite visitar algunos lugares históricos caminando.

10.0el hotel está en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad, con acceso a todo, segura , lugares para comer etc.
− la habitación y moderna cómoda grande, me alojé 5 noches y pude ver que NO LA LIMPIABAN CORRECTAMENTE .. todos los días el piso estaba sucio con pelusas, y tierra en los muebles ... Mas allá de esto el Hotel sigue siendo excelente y volvería sin dudas, lo recomiendo

10.0The staff is very kind and helpful,especially Dervis and on reception Canberk has been a great! Since we were 5 people,they upgraded us to presidential suite without any charges. Loved my experience and stay here. Highly recommended.
