Location was good near a bus stop, staff were friendly

− The pillows were very hard but got the staff to swap them out which was better and the whole place could of been cleaner especially the bed was stained

I don't think I will stay with them again

Overall, I had the best stay here! Fast check in and check out and the room was surprisingly very spacious and clean! The front desk staff were amazing and very hospitable. They do provide a hot water jug, mini fridge, water and even better, the self-service laundry area - good for those transiting and packed light. Also, if you are tired of the aircon, you can turn it off and open your windows for fresh air! Again, the best!

− The shower design was not the best (however this might be common for 3star hotels) - taking a shower meant flooding the whole bathroom. It is further away from shops, cafes, etc. The sound proofing was not that great as you could still hear talking from next door.

Good location

− The hotel’s internal plumbing was very noisy, and a lot of outside noise could be heard through the windows. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep and relax because of the constant noise.
