10.0Staff was very professional and helpful. They really took care of us. Shout out to the receptionist who called me at 3 50am to notify me that my taxi had arrived, otherwise i would've slept through and missed my taxi and also my flight 😅 Also we couldn't make it to breakfast on our last day so they prepared some snacks for us to take with us. Super kind and worth the price
Perfect hotel for exploring Florence.
10.0The location was perfect, a short walk to the main attractions but far enough to provide relief from the major crowds. The hotel was clean throughout and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods to sustain us for the day. The reception was pleasant and accommodating.
− The tram was a bit noisy during the day starting around 5:30 a.m. best to opt for an interior room if you’re a light sleeper.

A la habitación no le faltaba nada, muy completa, sus amenities, el baño super amplio, toallones y toallas de excelente calidad. Cafetera, aguas. Piscina. Todo de 10!! Ah cuenta con un espacioso gimnasio pero no hicimos uso🙆♀️. Sin duda volveremos 🥰

10.0This hotel is walking distance to all the tourist attractions, which was very convenient. The staff was fantastic, each one of them. Super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. You just have to request something once and it’s at your door within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
