7.0The staff during check-in were super polite and helpful, kudos to the lady who assisted us! They checked us in quite early, which was very comforting after being awake for almost an entire day and having an early flight. The location is pretty convenient, with easy access to the DLR and Elizabeth line. The area seemed generally safe, as we returned to the hotel very late a couple of times without any issues. There was also security patrolling the area during the day. Overall, we felt very safe

9.0Great quiet location and nice staff. We were missing a tv remote but requested it via WhatsApp and they brought it quickly. Security checks that only people staying in the hotel are entering.
− Would have been nice to be directed to Excel for parking, it’s only 5 min walk and plenty of spaces for £30/day. Don’t bother parking in Novotel or Crown plaza - no spaces and super tight. The room was a bit smelly.
