10.0The rooms were spacious and the staff was were helpful and friendly. A special mention for Anshika you checked me inn, she was extremely helpful and did her best to accommodate my room request.

5.0So the service is par below Taj’s standards. The team needs to pull up socks, small things like no takeaway glasses for coffee + extremely poor breakfast spreads + service at the restaurant and even the food served at Nonya was just about average

10.0Excellent location, a spacious, clean and quiet room with everything necessary, excellent breakfast to suit every taste, polite and helpful personnel, round the clock front desk ensuring fast check-in and check-out, ready to assist in everything (special thanks to Anshika - very helpful and professional).
