Ultimamente poco o niente avete peggiorato la qualità del servizio

− Sono vostro cliente da anni e mi date sempre la stanza peggiore nonostante prenoto vista mare , spesso al piano dove non hai una buona visuale perché sei basso, l'ultima addirittura diagonale, delusione totale.

Un hotel cu o priveliște frumoasă , curat , mâncare bună și un personal de nota 10 .De câte ori am avut nevoie de ceva cei de la recepție ne-a ajutat imediat .

− Piscină este mică , ca aceea de casă și se face cu programare la recepție , pentru un hotel de mărimea aceasta trebuia cel puțin o piscină normală .

Staff were so helpful from all departments, couldn't do enough for you. Reception was very informative. We were upgraded to a sea view which was lovely with a balcony. The restaurant food was delicious overlooking the Gulf and the hosting staff were very accommodating

− The location Positioned on a cliff walking down the hill to the harbour is fine but you need a taxi to walk up if it's late in the evening or your in a rush. Not having a local mini mart was our biggest downfall, as we were advised not to drink the tap water by the staff. As our stay was so short we purchased 75ml water bottles from the hotel, which in 35 degree heat were drank pretty quickly. It would be great if the hotel had the means to sell larger bottles. The positive side is the staff did provide a couple of bottles for free.
