8.0Location, comfort, quiet, plenty of lifts
− Not advised on how to use the key card to access the lift, the shower flooded the bathroom as no proper seal
Good location for public transport and very good staff
8.0Staff is very good. Close to Victoria station. Check in and check out was very quick and easy.
− The cleaner refused to clean the room but when I went to the reception, they apologised for it and got room cleaned straight away.
Muito prazeroso e agradável. Localização fez toda a diferença
10.0Room, breakfast and bar area and location was excellent.
− Nothing.
