I have a comment on the restaurant must be renewed and the srlf service is very poor.
5.0The staff was exceptional and very supportive
− The proximity and the Illy bar they have a fantastic espresso and the Also the staff exceptional
Overall, a pleasant stay, with a particularly positive first impression thanks to the reception team.
8.0I enjoyed my stay at Towers Rotana Dubai, particularly the hotel’s cleanliness and convenient location. The receptionist who assisted me at check-in was exceptional—welcoming, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but she deserves special recognition for her excellent service.
− One area for improvement is breakfast. A wider variety of options would enhance the experience, and extending breakfast hours until 11:30 a.m. would be much appreciated.

7.0The hotel is located right in the city centre, which is very convenient. Everything was great, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, the price was quite high, especially considering that breakfast was not included.
