Quiet beach side hotel with a multicultural clientele. No bogans in sight. Surrounding area is quiet, but has a good mix of restaurants/bars. Great sunrise views over the beach & glimpses of Mt Agung on a clear day. The beach is golden sand and kept clean. The tide goes out extensively in the late afternoon, so water sports mainly in the morning. Excellent pool. Varied and extensive buffet breakfast. Gym overlooks pool/garden. Rooms are large - the bed was bigger than my Australian king size at home! The mattress is very firm - some may prefer a softer one. Clean, spacious bathroom - rainfall & hand held shower, with excellent water pressure. I've stayed here twice - this year the whole resort looked much fresher. The bathroom hardware appeared updated. A very good "how to use "equipment guide with pictures was provided. The sun loungers also looked improved. The staff are, as always, wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

− The Spa needs an update and price review. The basic Balinese massage at the Spa costs 400,000 rupiah for an hour compared to surrounding local Spas that charge 120,000 - 130,000. The Spa decor and facilities are not significantly better to justify that higher price level. This deterred me from using the Spa.

WE BOOKED THE BEACHFRONT SUITE WHICH WAS HUGE, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, RELAXING POOL WITH HAPPY HOURS. REALLY NICE RESORT TO JUST RELAX AROUND POOL.
