Good but lacks top class facilities like a hot tub or great bar
8.0Room, location, pool
− Lack of hot tub, bar too small and restaurant tiny - facilities aren’t up to standard
10.0Everything was excellent!
− Everything was ok
NICE PROPERTY
8.0Its location for visits and business way from downtown
− Parking is a hassle if you come with an international cellphone. You must pay for your parking space through your cellphone, but the pay apps don't take foreign numbers and some don't even download. The hotel should review this policy and make it easier for international customers to check in as this adds a very distressing welcoming experience. The hotel should simply add a daily charge to the guest's invoice and stop pretending the parking is a separate business.
