O quarto que ficamos era confortável de um modo geral com as amenidades necessarias.

− Não havia espaço adequado para colocar as malas, que precisamos deixar no chão para abrir.

The service was phenomenal, and I would absolutely stay here again!

I love both the lobby and the lounge area! It was so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the city air.

− There was nothing much to complain about regarding the property. One this I wish this hotel had was a bigger gym with a decline workout bench. Other than that it was pretty good.

Stayed in a room on the second floor. Comfortable and clean as always, it did appear like the carpet had not be vacuumed properly as there were some paperclips and crumbs on the carpet. But all good for the rest. Always love the warm cookies, friendly people and great valet parking!

− Just giving the room a good vacuum honestly. I know it may appear as a small thing, but it is icky walking on a carpet that is full of crumbs and other things. The lift did not work one day from the valet parking to the lobby, and we went through the service entrance, which was a bit difficult with a gazillion suitcases. But it did work when we checked out, so yay!

The room price wasn’t worth it but likes the location

Location is excellent with a Starbucks on the main floor.

− Property is tired- needs an uplift. Room was clean but was run down feeling- bathroom was so small that you couldn’t even close the door without moving out of the way
