− L’ascenseur était parfois très long à arriver et a même été bloqué à un moment. Avec le flux important de personnes, c’est crucial que l’ascenseur fonctionne non stop.

− ⭐️ 1/5 Very disappointing experience and extremely poor follow-up from the hotel. I stayed for three nights, and on my first night the air conditioning in my room was not working and the room was not cooling at all. A technician inspected it and confirmed there was a problem. I requested another room, but the hotel was fully booked and could not move me that night. The hotel acknowledged the issue and agreed to refund 50% of the first night’s room rate plus the resort fee. I booked and paid for the stay through Booking.com, so the hotel told me they would contact Booking.com and send the compensation through them. There was also a separate issue where the hotel charged me for the entire stay without my knowledge, despite the reservation already being paid through Booking.com. When I contacted the hotel, they admitted it was a misunderstanding and said they would release the incorrectly charged amount. The most disappointing part is what happened afterward. It has now been approximately 17 days, and according to Booking.com, the hotel has still not responded to their emails or calls regarding my refund. I have repeatedly contacted Booking.com every few days, and they are still trying to get a response from the hotel. I am not asking for something the hotel never agreed to. The compensation was offered and agreed upon by the hotel itself. I simply expect them to honor their agreement and communicate with Booking.com. Technical problems can happen, and mistakes can happen. What matters is how a hotel handles them afterward. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better customer service and accountability.
