9.0Chambre avec vue sur la plage et superbe piscine avec petite cascade. Personnel très à l'écoute.
知人はファミリールームを利用しましたが、次回からは海の見える部屋２部屋を予約してあげたいと思います。
10.0ケップビーチが目の前に見える部屋で、部屋の入口にイスが置いてあり、いつでも海を眺めることができます。 ケップに行く際は毎回利用しているお気に入りの宿です。
− Wi-Fiの入りが良くありません。 プールの水深が深く、子供は泳ぐことができません。 しかし、プール周りの設備は完璧です。

disappointing. disgusting. we didn't stay yet the manager ignored our requests for partial refund

− nothing went well. we paid. we had 3 rooms booked , we looked at the rooms and they were DISGUSTING .. mould growing all over the tiles, filthy marks all over walls, curtains ripped, shades on lamps filthy and broken, bed frame broken , stains on pillows. we moved onto a different hotel and continually tried to contact the manager who wouldn't reply to any calls or messages. we had 3 rooms paid for 3 nights. we didn't expect a full refund . just something as we didn't stay as it was filthy .
Lovely stay in a fantastic location - staff were fantastic.
9.0Staff were super friendly and helpful - did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay. Hotel rooms have lovely views of the sea. There was generally a really nce buzz.
