Spa Facilities Fell Short of Expectations

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea Spa Hotel. The suite was lovely, very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful riverside view. The room service was excellent, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and the food was really good. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the suite made the stay feel extra special. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Spa Hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

− I was disappointed with the spa facilities. For a spa hotel, I expected a more luxurious and complete experience. The sauna and steam room were very small and located inside the female changing room, which made the facilities feel quite limited. The pool was okay, but there was no jacuzzi, which I found surprising for a hotel offering a spa experience.

I had my Room 6 pm , I had to Talk to hem meny time to give me the Room , very sort of Stuff, I carryed my Suites case d

استقبال رائع وتعامل ولطافة الموظفين اكثر من رائع خدومين ومتعاونين واعطوني اب قريد للجناح مشكورين على ذلك ، سهوله وسرعة تسجيل الدخول والخروج ، مرافق السويت كامله متكامله ، نظافة الجناح واتساع حجمه ، وهدوء المكان والموقع ، اطلالات مميزه على الهاربر والريفر كان اقامه رائعه بالفعل ..
