Lovely staff, modern and clean facilities

− Extremely noisy location with loud traffic passing all through the night, despite the secondary glazing and curtain we were kept awake with the noise. Our room was described as a “cosy room” but it was disgracefully small. About 4 inches max between the wall and bed. No storage space. No coffee machine or refreshments in room. We were on the lower ground floor and it felt seedy. Extremely dark corridors which felt unsafe and risky. I certainly would not wish to stay in that area of the hotel as a single female or with children. No restaurant for evening meals. We paid £300 for a one night stay and felt utterly robbed.

− No tea facilities in room . No plug points other side of bed . Couldn’t open window .
