10.0I would rank our stay at your hotel among my best hotel experiences. The cleanliness and service were impeccable, and both the atmosphere and the quality of the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My special thanks go to Mr. Sertac for his attentiveness and thoughtful care throughout our stay.
