− The downstairs is surprisingly dark but incredibly well done in terms of decor and style

− There was a private party in the communal area so we could not have access to the bar or toilets. No prior notice of this was provided. I checked in late and was given a room directly above the party so was kept awake until 2/3am. No explanation of facilities, breakfast timings, amenities.
