9.0Everything. Location not far from the train station, food choices and markers in the area. Quiet street and nice personnel. Excellent value for money.
− What's not to like? Everything was perfect and I will stay here again when in Bangkok.

8.0It was clean and convenient to get around Bangkok . The neighbourhood is very safe , I felt safe and it’s even tidy and clean ! Less noise very quite ( except, still get inconsiderate peoples banging and slamming the door so loud when they get in at night ) maybe a sign for them to say keep quite during certain hours . The staff friendly and approachable. Overall great stay for the price I paid .
− The shower pipe was blocked so the water filled up Really fast . Other than that everything’s is fine .

− Dated furniture loose WC seat , mould around bath sealant, only cold water tap on the basin, bath had shower attachment with no bath filler so couldn’t have a bath
