6.0older hotel without things like mini-frigs in the rooms. Staff was generally very nice, but someone at reception copied my credit card info and used it to make an unauthorized purchase

2.0Someone at the front desk copied my credit card information and used it for a Deliveroo order without my knowledge. Fortunately I caught it two days later and disputed the charge on my account, but now I have to get a new card from my bank

10.0Clean good sized room, warm, great shower, iron, board, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer and Tv. Great value. Can’t fathom why people give such poor reviews. Such good value for a small price in London. Short walk from underground and Camden.

6.0Rooms were clean and comfy, one staff member was abit arrogant and the breakfast was crap cold and tasted was cooked the night before which let it down not worth price
