8.0El hotel resulto ser lo que buscábamos, un hotel bien ubicado, con un excelente desayuno, una excelente atención de parte del personal y buenos servicios, además de la armonía del lugar y el fácil acceso al mismo, desde el aeropuerto solo 15 minutos
− Importante mejorar la limpieza, no es mala, pero debajo de las camas y otras áreas había mucho polvo, adicionalmente, no reponián el agua diariamente, teníamos que solicitar nos llevaran a la habitación todas las noches
A lot of confort and great location
10.0The room was very nice and everything clean. The location is the reason why we return to Novohotel everytime we go to Madrid, it is close to downtown. The breakfast is great, there are a lot of choices.
− The swimming pool is to small and noise, but I understand that it is complicated to have a bigger space.
