If we return to Venice, we will also return to Hotel American-Dinesen.
10.0Breakfasts were exceptional in the variety of choices you could make. There were probably forty items or more, all first rate quality. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed the shower and bed at the end of a day of sight-seeing. The staff were very helpful with our questions and ready to help if needed. Our flight was so late arriving at Marco Polo airport that there was no way to get across the lagoon to our hotel but the Hotel sent us a water taxi at that late hour (about 9pm) which took us to the Hotels entrance. The Hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Accademia bridge across the Grand Canal to the main tourists attractions.

7.0Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell, zentral und ruhig in der Nacht. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross.
− Der obere Teil vom Zimmer ist sehr niedrig und wenn der Nachbar darüber herumläuft ist es sehr störend. Der Empfang war sehr sec.
Great location, friendly staff, breakfasts is a rip off.
9.0Perfect location, close to everything you need, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had a perfect pick up spot for water taxi.
− Breakfast is 30 euros per person, ended up paying $135 for two days. Definitely not worth that much as it was a normal breakfast hotel buffet. You are better off going to a coffee shop nearby and paying less.
An excellent choice for a stay in Venice.
10.0The location was perfect. Quiet and uncrowded, yet just a short walk away from the most visited areas in Venice.
