We stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately the experience did not meet five-star standards. There was no flexibility with early check-in, even for a special occasion, and we received the room exactly at 4 p.m. The room felt dated, although the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The minibar was completely empty, and by 12:30 a.m. the bar was already closed with no option to order drinks to the room. Worst of all, a preset alarm clock by the bed went off at 6 a.m. — we had not set it. I couldn’t fall asleep again, especially as the room had no proper blackout curtains. At check-out, when I said it had not been the best experience, the receptionist simply replied, “Oh, glad to hear that. Bye.” No questions, apology, or concern. Overall, disappointing service and attention to detail for a five-star hotel.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay like we did twice before

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean and has an absolutely perfect location with stunning views. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. What stood out most was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
