localizaçao ótima, quarto confortavel, atendimento geral e limpeza bons

− café da manha fraco: costumo ficar neste hotel com certa frequência e notei que o café decaiu muito - pouca variedade de frutas, pães, queijos (na Itália - imagine! não tinha muçarela de búfala!). Além disso, notei que a reposição dos alimentos estava bem ruim, tínhamos que ficar solicitando o tempo todo.

Everything. Great venue

− We received an SMS shortly before staying, stating that a discretionary % tip would be applied to our bill on check-out. On check-in we advised the staff member we did not wish to pay the tip. (We didn't believe a tip was justified when all we did was stay in a room for 1 night without using any other services or facilities. We had paid enough for the room). At check-out we confirmed that the expected room price and city tax were to be charged to our card, plus another tax, which we did not query because 'another tax' is quite common in our travel experiences. Turns out it was the tip we had mentioned. So it appeared it wasn't discretionary. They charged it without discussing it and called it a tax. To the hotels credit we contacted them after departure and they refunded the 'tip' immediately, appologising beautifully for the inconvenience etc. All credit to the member involved. So our feedback is that discretionary tipping should not be 'taken' without confirming with the customer at check out and called a tax. The responsibility was on us to say we didn't wish to pay it rather than them asking if we wished to pay it.
