great location, nice facility, service could use some improvement
7.0location is amazing, the roof top bar is great and the entire lobby is very nice
− the beds are rather soft, we did not find them very comfortable. Also, there were 4 of us in the room checked in and 2 out of 5 times we had to ask for an extra towel because we only got 3. We also needed to ask twice to refill the shampoo bottle which we ran out of (normal use) - all that despite of repeated nice tip for the maid
