Exceptional and a must stay whilst in Bogota.
10.0Top location, exceptional service, delicious food especially breakfast buffet, easy walking to best restaurants and malls, comfy bed, ready to return to this hotel for my next trip.
− All was good, I would just say that perhaps the cleaning lady should really make sure that all floor corners in the room are sweeped.
Realy good experience, We want to come back soon....

10.0Very good
Nice to stay, would be better.
7.0Location and good food
− Refrigerator was too noisy and there was not enough light inside the room.
Lovely and comfortable plus superb location
10.0Lovely and comfortable spot with great amenities and customer service. A shout-out to Camilo, a very kind, courteous, and attentive concierge; Karen and Freddy at reception for their professionalism and personable attention; and Sadya for an amazing spa treatment. I felt safe and well taken care of. The location is within walking distance of cute cafés, and a wide array of boutiques featuring Colombian-made items. I highly recommend it!
