Very disappointing in view of the cost.
3.0Situation
− Most of the charging points in the room did not work and mini bar had not been replenished. Only one gown and slippers for two occupants. Bath towels hung directly over toilet. No hot water and despite reporting on several occasions we end up having to run basin bath and shower for ten minutes to achieve tepid water in basin , bath and shower. The hairdryer lead was extremely short and difficult to see in the mirror. Although the quality of the buffet breakfast was good it however only lukewarm warm.

− המים בבריכה קרים מאוד. לא ניתן היה לנעול את השירותים. אין ראש מקלחת ידני רק כזה שמקובע לתקרה. במלונות זולים בהרבה שהייתי בהם באזור היה ג'קוזי ובזה אין. יקר ביחס למה שמקבלים. מתאים יותר לאנשי עסקים ופחות למשפחות עם ילדים.
It was a short stay but the friendly staff and the excellent facilities made it an excellent experience
