Not as expected for the high price one pays
5.0Nicely designed lobby and outdoor water feature
− Very Old need renovations and uplifting
10.0Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and superb Executive Lounge. Bed and pillows also very comfy!
More suited to business trips
5.0The lobby was luxurious and the doormen were very friendly. The restaurant view was stunning. Close to public transport. Very quiet, no children around.
− The cost of food was astronomical. We were double charged for a 3rd adult. 2nd charge hidden as a rollaway bed cost. It was eventually removed but they charged us our deposit and then charged the final costs separately instead of removing costs from the deposit, advising 14 days to correct the mistake. The pool closes early, the pool bar wasn’t available, getting service at the pool was delayed and difficult.

10.0Amount Was Reserve from my credit card its not refund yet . Pls check and inform me
− Notheng at all
