Great location.
9.0Large room, friendly staff and access to the executive suite on level too was an added bonus.
− Rooms were a little dated and lifts were slow.

− النظافه ومايبدلون الشرشف كل يوم وعلى كيفهم القوانين اللي جاي مع عائلته مايعطونه روب للحمام ولا سلبر ولا اغراض الحمام

Excellent location. Some staff need serious training!
6.0Location and room size
− Some of the reception staff were lacking the professionalism and hospitality expected in this industry. I arrived to check in at 6:30 pm, only to be told that my room was not ready and had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Having to wait until 7:10 pm for a room is unacceptable and unheard of in any hotel that takes its guests and service standards seriously. The poor attitude of the staff only made an already frustrating experience worse.
