Disappointing
4.0Location was good and close to transport etc.
− The pool was out order for 4 of 5 days which was not communicated prior to us when booking. We had to chase answers. Only after creating a fuss did we receive a minimal credit to our stay. If we knew the pool would not be available, we wouldn’t have booked to stay there.

It is in a great location. the room tastefully decorated and the bed comfortable.
9.0the room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable, I really enjoyed the cafe downstairs on level 4, staff were so friendly and the coffee was good, I absolutely recommend the salted brownie
− gym was OK but only had three machines so had to wait to use, it also wasn't clear where to put the used towels

7.0ロケーションが良く、オーチャードに面しているためなんでも揃っている。地下鉄駅も割と近くどこに行くにも便利
− 特にないが、F1を観戦を目的としていたため時期的に値段が通常の10倍ほどしていたのは驚いた。
