The convenient location, and the outdoor areas of the property; it is only a few minutes walking from Firostefani square and an easy hike to Fira, and the little courtyard is beautiful.

− The case of Ananda Infinity exemplifies perfectly all that has gone wrong in Santorini the past 10-15 years; amateurism, opportunism, and services that cater only to those who visit the island in search of online content. We booked this place as a group of 6, which included a 3-year-old, believing that it was worth splurging for a peaceful and conveniently-located place, that would offer high quality services. What we got was: - Dirty rooms, that lacked the basics (i.e. towels, extra blankets, and basic kitchen items). - Very outdated air conditioners: the one in the main room sounds like a washing machine, and the one in our room on the top floor leaked. The latter prevented us from using it, thus having to sleep in an incredibly humid room, where it wasn't safe to charge my phone (see attached pic). - A blatant refusal to store our luggage for 2 hrs upon our check-out, a service that is as common place as providing a bathroom. - Hostile management and customer service from early on, which ranged from making assumptions (they thought I was trying to negotiate the price, when I simply asked them to store our luggage), to accusing us for breaking the air conditioner without any evidence. Interestingly no one was checking in the day of our departure so to be offered a late check-out or be allowed to leave our luggage in the courtyard, but we weren't deemed worthy of that courtesy either. - Factual and vague responses to very ordinary requests such as daily housekeeping etc (“we want you to have a great stay” - but did nothing about this). As a final note to booking.com, I am happy to provide evidence for all the above allegations, in case this review is disputed. EDIT: I was called "manipulative" by the property, for simply stating the facts and willing to provide evidence, which further proves my point in regards to lack of professionalism on behalf of the management.

Great Location But poor service not a luxury stay

The property is not worth for the price, service is like a cheap hotel. Property location and view is good. After checkin, there was no slippers, no soap in the bathrooms, internet in two rooms were not working. The internet and soaps were sorted out next day. House cleaning was done at 2PM when it was our time to sleep and it was rushed. One of the room on ground floor was smelly. So if you are looking for luxury stay don't book this place.
