We loved it and will be back next year
10.0Very clean and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The super king bed was very nice.
− The two single beds were very lumpy. The garden furniture would be better if it was slightly bigger/comfy seats.
Brilliant stay perfect location

10.0Safe space to park our motorbikes. Nice central location. Fresh milk to make tea, lemon drissle cake, crisps and biscuit. A very nice touch.

10.0Brilliant location. Lovely house. Bonus of a garage as parking was a bit difficult outside the property, as road usually full with resident parking.
Excellent, deceptively spacious central Lytham accommodation one block from the estuary.
8.0We have stayed at the Lytham Cottage several times now, and it is a perfect berth for a weekend or similar for those travelling with small pets. Very nice accommodation with a secure garden, and plenty of space. Good kitchen and bathroom too.
− The only negative is really the behaviour of some residents of South Clifton Street who continue to place bollards in the street to prevent others parking, in direct contravention of The Highways Act of 1980...but it's not a big deal if you know where to go in Lytham.
