Casa splendida arredata con grande gusto e superaccassoriata; location ottima con giardino rigoglioso host eccezionale che ci ha accolto con frutta vino e prodotti del suo orto. Che dire di fronte a questo posto tutti gli altri non reggono il confronto

Beautiful home! Walking distance to restaurants. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Inside of the house ok, the outside is creepy

The rate is the sum of the inside of the house versus de outside and the location. In the house all is ok.

− To sum up the house inside is fine just like in the pictures. The outside, the yard is horrible… spooky even. This is not really something you expect because in the booking pictures is not vizibile. Also the location is ok in the village as it is not in the main road but just in front of the house is the location of 3 big metalic garbage bins that are being cleaned each morning at 7 AM so if you do not want to wake up each day at 7 AM by the garbage truck that comes to empty the bins then think twice before you book. I am not a light sleeper but I was still able to hear them with all the windows closed. Also it smells. The yard needs serios attention and maybe a fence as just next door there is an abandoned house that is super creepy at night. Too bad for the outside that is not really vacation mode as the inside of the house is ok.

This place is a paradise, if you want a lovely, comfortable place to stay on a heavenly island filled with amazing food

We have just left after 10 nights here, we highly recommend this stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing lots of recommendations and tips. The place itself was extremely clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need, air con was amazing, wifi, tv with Netflix etc, they even provide a beach brolly and waterproof phone case if you want to snorkel (Agia Effimia is an excellent place for it). The location was excellent, Agia Effimia is a wonderful town, it was peaceful but with just enough going on, lots of nice places to eat, shops, boat rental etc. Ermioni’s home is a 30 second walk from the waterfront, so far enough away for privacy but close enough to everything you could need. We really loved our stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and made our holiday one to remember, we will be coming back!
