Le logement est impeccable. Situation très pratique à quelques minutes de tout. Tout se fait à pied. Les propriétaires sont toujours joignables et sont de très bons conseils. Il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine.

− Peut-être ajouter une tablette dans la douche pour y déposer shampoing, savon, etc.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable both inside and on the balcony. The hosts were very responsive and knowledgeable of the Island, and they thoughtfully provided everything we might need for a day at the beach or making a meal in the modern kitchen. The apartment is in an excellent location with a great view of the harbor and a short walk to resturants and bakeries in town. The pool was a nice option. The WiFi signal was strong.

Stunningly beautiful apartment on the waterfront a short walk to downtown Marigot, walking distance to Fort Louis, walking distance to Festival du le Gastronomie events, lots of parking, floor to ceiling windows that slide completely open allowing an amazingly cooling breeze to pass through the apartment, beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

− Nothing, we loved the apartment (the bedroom ceiling is low and may be a challenge for tall people).

L'alloggio è perfetto e comodo rispetto alla parte commerciale di Marigot. La vista sul porto è splendida.

− La parte condominiale esterna all'alloggio è di qualità e stato di manutenzione decisamente più bassa dell'alloggio. Inoltre per raggiungere le mete balneari di buon livello bisogna mettere in conto circa una ora di auto tra andata e ritorno.

+ Very nice design. + Kind and helpful host - Remy gave us hints about restaurants and beaches. Agreed for late checkout. + Nice bay view & sunsets from the balcony (if you don't mind the street traffic noise). + Automatic blinds.

− - You have to know that the terrace is overlooking a busy, noisy street with cars, trucks, motorbikes, and also a parking lot. We were quite disappointed that the pictures (or the description) of the apartment did not show it clearly enough. Enjoying the sunset or a morning coffee was almost impossible. - Very low ceiling on the mezzanine. Even if you are not very tall (170cm) you have to walk around with your head down. - Single beds joined into a double bed were constantly falling apart, lowering the quality of sleep. - No safety deposit box.
