Wonderfull !

− Hard to find in winter, blowing rain, at night But gosh what isnt??

The bed was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The location was good as we did a fair amount of traveling while we were there.

− We felt that the bathroom was a little cramped with the extra furniture that was in there. We were unable to use the cooker top as there were no instructions for it.

We loved our short break in The Studio! Clear instructions from Faith on how to find it & places to park etc. The Studio itself was perfect - super clean, well laid out and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A very short walk past the castle down to the beach for a quick sea-fix and a perfectly placed base for exploring some of the beautiful (mostly empty!) beaches in the area. Certainly goes to the top of my list of 'places I'd go back to in a flash' next time we're in Wales! Thanks for a great stay!!

Surprised there are relatively few reviews for this property. The Studio is situated in a quiet location a few minutes walk to the beach. Criccieth is lovely for a get away break as it never gets crowded, yet is a perfect base for touring the area. I have been visiting on and off for over 50 years and nothing much has changed, I'm glad to say. The Studio was very well equipped even down to poly bags and clingfilm in the kitchen drawers :). The Studio is tastefully decorated and was very clean apart from a couple of small issues. There is no parking on the drive for the Studio unless the Cottage next door is empty. Faith is available by phone for any issues and is friendly and helpful. Booking. Com sent me the wrong code for the key box so I initially couldn't get in, but Faith was soon available on the phone with the right code. So, ignore the code Booking. Com send you, even though it says from The Studio, and wait for an email from Faith directly. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again..

− Now for the ' Four In A Bed ' style nit picks. There were a couple of small cleanliness issues, which had been missed. The hoover didn't work so I couldn't clean, just blocked I think, and the washer dryer seemed to be stuck on a three hour time delay which failed to switch on even when I left it the three hours. I reported these to Faith, and I'm sure they will have been sorted. The shower tends to flood on to the bathroom as there is no barrier to stop it. Maybe this is to avoid a trip hazard, but it meant I had to use towels to mop up. Toilet seat slightly loose and toilet brush needs replacing. Mind your head on the cooker hood !
