Warm, friendly, flexible, welcoming and accomodating. Easy to communicate with, fast response, last minute booking, late check in allowed. Loved the treats on arrival. Thanks for the tip on visiting the falls, we loved it! A quiet, cute. quaint little town with everything you need, and in reach of loads of good places to visit. Plenty of space for our growing family. Would definitely stay again.

− Had a great heat pump in the lounge and master bedroom but didn't quite reach the two other bedrooms so a bit chilly. Could consider installing extra heaters or provide extra warm blankets, otherwise take warm clothes to sleep in.

Cold Location but cozy warm Accommodation 👌

Martie and staff are lovely, very friendly and easy to talk too. Location is central, very basic accommodation, beds are so comfy, couch was also very comfy, little play area for kids. Great place to stay for what the locals call the "dark side of town" nothing dark about it, very cozy and clean. You literally don't need anything, towels and all your basic needs (utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, shampoo, body wash, face cloths) are all provided. All you need are you clothes and shoes, food ohh and pack an extra jacket or thick jersey, IYKYK - honestly very crisp mornings and Hella freezing cold nights, the wind and breeze feel colder than parts of the south island. Free WiFi so boys loved that and the hot chocolate drinks.

− Was not told he charged me twice - I had to go and see Martie about it myself, looked like he done that alot given all the refund receipts that were on his desk, he said he accidentally charged me twice and had written "refunded" on the receipts which was reimbursed a couple days later by the way. And that's the only bad thing I can thing of. Very minor..
