We went to Lytham St Annes to watch the Ladies AIG Open Golf championship; a very enjoyable visit.
10.0The location of the property was ideal for my wife and I, a short walk to the many pubs and restaurants in the town. The property itself was as advertised, with an enclosed rear garden which we were able to sit in early evening.

9.0Property was great, very clean with great facilities. Would definitely stay again. Ideally situated for either Lytham or Blackpool. Great chippy nearby and plenty of shops and a chemist. Local taxi firm 5 minutes wait with exceptional drivers. Very thoughtful extra was the host left fresh milk and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. No complaints.
− One minor complaint was the bedroom blinds were not blackout so the early light may disturb some people.
Nice stay - spacious and very clean property.
9.0Really clean property and a good size for parents with two older teens and a dog. Large outside space / garden which is fully enclosed. Nice outdoor seating area. Good location and easy to park outside the house. Addition of things like Sky TV, large TV’s in two of the bedrooms, a range style cooker and Air Fryer made the stay easier. Good communication from the Owner and well priced.
− There was a lack of pillows - but we eventually found some more in a cupboard !! Bins in the front garden were smelly - but collection cycles may be out of the control of the Owners.
Had amazing stay for bank holiday with family and the dog garden very spacious.will be back for definitely.

10.0Everything it spacious had a dining room for family time all rooms are really big didnt know how to work the oven but air fryer was easy to use
