The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and prepared with exceptional attention to detail. It really felt like a home away from home. Communication from the host Vanessa was timely, friendly and professional - I particularly appreciated the very detailed instructions for self check-in. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walk, and the railway station is even closer. The view of the mountains from the bedroom window is pretty special too! Great location for exploring Valchiavenna and Valtellina, and I would definitely return if I was coming back to the area.

− The road to the front is quite noisy. This didn't disturb my sleep because the bedroom is at the rear away from the noise, but I personally wouldn't want to use the balcony, which does face the road.

Fantastic place Novati mezzola which is a bit quieter and more family friendly than the Lake Como area. We cycled 400 km in the area. We visited fantastic places. The parking space is useful. We had everything we needed, a well-equipped facility, a fully equipped kitchen, cleanliness, and air conditioning. All in prefect condition. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. Our hosts Vanessa was excellent, she answered all our problems or questions very quickly and kindly, (I liked her profile picture on WhatsApp) :) Overall we had a very relaxing week and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much for everything, we will be back.

It is a very centrally located house, next to the train station and short walking distance to the town/supermarket/bar, and the lake!

− the only small thing could be that the road is a little loud when you are sitting on the balcony, but the bedroom is tactically on the other side so its really not a problem at all
